The RANGE

*Maximum capacity for the Barn is 150 guests.  Additional seating for parties over 150 guests can be accommodated with the use of a tent.

Package Includes:

Night string lighting in designated areas

Hours: 8 AM – 12 Midnight

Tables and chairs (ceremony and reception)

Basic white or ivory tablecloths and napkins

The Hitching’ Poste will set-up and tear-down tables, chairs, linen for the ceremony and reception.  We will provide the general cleaning of the area used.

The CYPRESS

(Barn, Pergola, Restrooms)

50 guest maximum

Package includes:

Tables and chairs (ceremony and reception) for up to 50 guests

Basic white or ivory tablecloths and napkins

Night string lighting in designated areas

Hours: 8 AM – 12 Midnight

1-hour rehearsal

Changing room

The Hitching’ Poste will set-up and tear-down tables, chairs, linen for the ceremony and reception. We will provide the general cleaning of the area used.

3 hours use of The Bridal Cottage

All events booked at The Hitchin’ Poste require a General Liability Policy for the party. If alcoholic beverages are to be served, the policy must include a rider for alcoholic beverages. This can usually be done through your homeowner’s policy, but if not, we can provide you the name of an insurance company, which specializes in these types of policy. One (1) week prior to the event, a copy of the policy and/or alcohol rider submitted to The Hitchin’ Poste.

If alcoholic beverages will be served (other than a champagne toast), a security detail will be hired for the event at an additional cost.

All packages listed are subject to 7% sales tax
